We are hiring top performers to be part of our manufacturing team. At Southwest Composite Works we design and manufacture carbon fiber parts for sports and recreation, medical, and UAV. Components are designed in Solidworks, molds, and tooling are engineered and CNC machined in-house: prototype to production. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing industry and Albuquerque's first composite manufacturing facility.

If you are a game-changer, a designer, and looking for a challenge, apply today. We are looking for composite engineers that can utilize composite materials, such as resins, carbon fiber composites, and glass fiber-based materials. As a composite engineer, you specialize in how to apply these materials to design projects to meet client needs.
SHOP TECHNICIAN
If you have experience in advanced composites manufacturing - compression molding, composites finishing, composite structural repair, and carbon layups - and want to gain more SWC is right for you.
