We partner with New Mexico Manufacturing Extension Partnership (M.E.P.) to participate in hands-on workshops and training opportunities focused on LEAN manufacturing, continuously improving our processes, efficiency, and quality across all areas of production.




We work with the New Mexico Outdoor Recreation Division, participating in events and conversations that strengthen the state’s outdoor recreation community. Previously, we engaged in programs supporting small outdoor recreation businesses, gaining valuable mentorship, networking opportunities, and insights to help grow the industry in New Mexico.

CNC Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist to support tooling, prototypes, and short production runs. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex work, tight tolerances, and machining a variety of materials, including plastics, aluminum, steel, non-ferrous and non-traditional materials, and carbon fiber. You will work closely with engineers and composite technicians to produce molds, tooling, prototypes, and parts while maintaining high quality standards.
Composite Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced composite sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer base. This role requires someone who can bridge technical expertise with consultative selling, identifying opportunities where our advanced composite solutions can solve complex engineering challenges for OEM partners.
